What counts as a connected ad account?
One Meta ad account (an act_… id) that you have selected for collection in Adplainly. You choose which accounts to connect; only those are billed.
Is there a minimum, or a setup fee?
No setup fee. Tell us how many accounts you run and we will send a quote; there is no minimum number of accounts.
How do we pay?
By invoice, monthly, paid by bank transfer. Invoices are issued by Limited Liability Company "Simplicity" in Ukraine.
Can we stop at any time?
Yes. Disconnect accounts or delete your data whenever you like; billing stops at the end of the current month. See the Terms of service for details.
Does Adplainly need write access to our campaigns?
No. Adplainly asks Meta for read permissions only (ads_read, business_management). It cannot change budgets, audiences or creatives.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. Connect the accounts your clients have granted you access to and compare them side by side. Each connected account is billed the same way.
