Data deletion
Delete your data. Three ways, one result.
Whichever route you take, Adplainly runs the same deletion routine: Meta access tokens are removed, collected metrics and account records are erased, and your login is disabled. Deletion completes within 30 days; in practice it takes minutes.
In the dashboard
Sign in at app.adplainly.com, open Settings and choose Delete my data. You will be asked to confirm. This deletes everything we hold about your organisation, including all connected accounts.
To remove a single ad account instead, use Disconnect next to it.
By e-mail
Write to support@adplainly.com from the e-mail address of your Adplainly account with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Through Meta
Remove Adplainly from your Facebook account: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations) → Adplainly → Remove. Meta then sends us a data deletion request, which we honour automatically.
